A newly released Carter Family CD
This is the last studio recording made by Helen, Anita, and June. Recorded in 1991 but lost until recently found on the shelves at the studio where the album had been recorded, it's a splendid piece of work that should be in the collection of every fan of either generation of The Carter Family. This site provides four audio clips in case you'd like to sample the CD. At this web site, you may learn more about the CD, listen to samples from each track, and purchase the CD on line.

Song of the Mountains concert series
Outstanding bluegrass and old-time country music performances at the beautifully restored Lincoln Theatre in Marion, Virginia. Blue Ridge Public Television records many of these performances for later broadcast. This web site provides the concert schedule and ticket information and sales.
