(October 15, 2026) – The Carter Family Fold will hold a press conference at the International Bluegrass Music Association (IBMA) World of Bluegrass to announce Carter Family Fold 2027, a year-long celebration of the 100th anniversary of The Carter Family’s first recordings at the 1927 Bristol Sessions, along with two international competitions that invite the public to take part.
